Overview
Egypt's Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (TIEC), under the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), operates the flagship Start IT incubation program. The 47th round opened in 2026 with significantly increased benefits, providing LE 480,000 in financial and in-kind support (up from LE 180,000) plus doubled AWS support of $10,000 to early-stage tech startups.
Funding and Support Package

Egypt Innovate Platform
Launched in February 2026, Egypt Innovate is the first fully integrated national platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, developed through a consortium led by Entlaq in partnership with Robusta and Kamelizer. The platform connects startups with investors through advanced analytics, showcases company profiles and investment decks, and provides access to incubators, accelerators, and research centers across Egypt's innovation ecosystem.
