We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our website in aggregate. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and anonymized session replays that show us how pages are used; form inputs are masked. We also use Vercel Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics for privacy-focused, aggregate traffic measurement. We never send your name or email address to any analytics tool.
We also record a small amount of first-party usage data in our own systems, rather than through a third-party analytics tool. When you view a page, we send the following to Pertama Signal, our own client-management platform: the page you viewed, the referring page or campaign source (including UTM parameters in the link you followed), and a random session identifier. This is tied to the random pp_vid visitor identifier described under Cookies, and contains no name or contact details. We use it to understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful, in the same aggregate way as the analytics tools above.
If you use the course explorer on our catalog page and type a description of what you are looking for, that text is processed by our AI service provider to suggest matching programs, and is retained in Pertama Signal as an inquiry record tied to the same pp_vid identifier. It is not sent to our web-analytics tools. Please avoid including personal details in these descriptions.
When you arrive from a link we sent you (for example, in one of our emails or on a landing page), that link may carry a reference (a pv or sid parameter) that lets us connect your visit to our existing record of our relationship with you, so we can keep a single, accurate history of your interactions with us. If you would prefer we not do this, remove that part of the link before visiting, or contact us using the details below.
Because we serve businesses, we use Snitcher to infer, from your IP address, which organization a visit likely came from (for example, "someone at Company X viewed our training pages"). This works at company level: it does not tell us who you are as an individual, and we do not combine it with personal identification of anonymous visitors.
