PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
Not consulting—operating. We want partners who have built things, run teams, and delivered under real constraints.
Deep understanding of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or broader ASEAN markets. Cultural fluency matters.
We check references. Your clients should be able to articulate specific value you delivered.
We don't teach this. Partners arrive with fluency in Claude, GPT-4, and other AI tools. You should already be using AI to augment your work.
Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical executives. No jargon, no hand-waving.
You own engagements from start to finish. No waiting for instructions.
INTERVIEW LOOP

We review your past work, client outcomes, and domain depth. Looking for evidence of strategic thinking and real impact, not just activity.

Video call
We present a real engagement scenario. You walk us through how you would approach it—scoping, stakeholder management, risks, and deliverables.

Take-home assignment
We give you a brief and ask you to produce client-quality work using AI tools. This tests whether you can actually deliver at our standard.

After final stage
We speak with your past clients (not just employers). We want to hear directly about outcomes you delivered, how you handled challenges, and whether they would hire you again.

DELIVERY STANDARDS
Clear scope, metrics, timeline, data handling, and IP ownership. No surprises, no vague language.
Real-time dashboard with milestones, deliverables, and progress. You always know where we are.
Automated evaluation, partner review, and client checkpoint before any deliverable is released.
After each phase, we document what worked, what didn't, and lessons learned. Continuous improvement is built in.
Templates, playbooks, and documentation so your team can sustain the work after we're gone.
We agree on success metrics upfront and report against them throughout. No moving goalposts.
Most firms keep their standards vague. We publish ours because clarity helps everyone—clients know what to expect, candidates know whether they're a fit, and we hold ourselves accountable.
The bar exists whether we have 3 partners or 30. We don't hire to fill seats. We admit partners who meet our standard.
