Not consulting—operating. We want partners who have built things, run teams, and delivered under real constraints.

Southeast Asian business context

Deep understanding of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or broader ASEAN markets. Cultural fluency matters.

Track record of client outcomes

We check references. Your clients should be able to articulate specific value you delivered.

AI & Technical Proficiency

AI tool proficiency

We don't teach this. Partners arrive with fluency in Claude, GPT-4, and other AI tools. You should already be using AI to augment your work.

Clear communication

Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical executives. No jargon, no hand-waving.

Self-directed execution

You own engagements from start to finish. No waiting for instructions.

Take-home assignment

We give you a brief and ask you to produce client-quality work using AI tools. This tests whether you can actually deliver at our standard.

After final stage

We speak with your past clients (not just employers). We want to hear directly about outcomes you delivered, how you handled challenges, and whether they would hire you again.
