Morning: Intro call with CIO at regional bank. Lunch: Proposal review with delivery lead. Afternoon: On-site workshop at manufacturing client exploring gen AI use cases. Evening: Follow-up emails and pipeline review.

Base salary + uncapped commission on closed deals. Commission accelerates at higher attainment levels. Top performers earn 2-3x base.
Approximately one week per month for client meetings. Mix of local (KL/Singapore) and regional travel.
Direct access to technical leads for scoping and demos. Marketing support for events and content. No SDRs—you own the full cycle.
