Overview

Own the full sales cycle for Pertama's AI advisory and implementation services. You'll identify opportunities, develop relationships with C-suite executives, scope engagements, and close deals that transform how enterprises adopt AI. This is not a transactional sales role. You're a trusted advisor helping executives navigate complex AI transformation decisions. Deep understanding of enterprise constraints, stakeholder dynamics, and technical feasibility required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage pipeline of enterprise opportunities ($500K+ TCV)
  • Develop relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and business unit leaders
  • Lead discovery and scoping workshops to understand client needs
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to design proposals and SOWs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with procurement and legal
  • Own expansion within existing accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise software sales (six-figure ACV deals)
  • Proven track record selling to CXOs at F500 or regional equivalents
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months)
  • Strong technical fluency to engage with IT and data leaders
