Partner Roster

The Pertama Partner network includes senior consultants, industry executives, and technical specialists delivering AI-enabled engagements across Southeast Asia.

Join as a Founding Partner

We're building the Partner network in Q1 2026. Founding Partners will have equity participation, input on firm direction, and first access to client pipeline as it scales.

Equity Grant Opportunity

Early Partners who help build the firm (recruiting, client sourcing, process development) will receive equity grants proportional to contribution. This is a founding team opportunity, not just contractor work.

Higher Success-Fee Share

Founding Partners earn 30% of project fees for Partner-sourced clients vs. 25% standard rate. Early-mover advantage rewards those who join before pipeline matures.

Input on Firm Direction

Shape how we position, which industries we target, partner economics structure, and go-to-market strategy. Founding Partners are co-builders, not employees.

First Access to Pipeline

As Pertama pipeline scales in 2026-2027, Founding Partners get first dibs on engagements. You'll build reputation and client relationships before Partner network grows to 20-30 people.

About the Partner Model

Pertama Partners operates as a partner network, not a traditional consulting firm with employees. Partners are independent consultants who:

  • Deliver engagements on fractional (10-15 hrs/week) or project-based (20-30 hrs/week) basis
  • Source their own clients OR take referrals from Pertama pipeline
  • Earn success-fee share (25-30% of project fees) when milestones complete and clients pay—no guaranteed salary
  • Leverage AI tooling stack to deliver without junior consultants
  • Maintain independence while benefiting from Pertama administrative support and infrastructure

This model works for experienced consultants who want the flexibility of independent practice without the overhead of business development, contracting, invoicing, and conflict management.

Not for everyone: If you need guaranteed income or want to build your own consulting brand, this model won't fit. But if you're comfortable with success-fee risk and want to focus on delivery instead of admin, this could be ideal.

Common Questions

How many Partners are you looking to recruit?

Target: 10-15 active Partners by end of 2026. We're starting with 3-5 Founding Partners in Q1 2026, then scaling based on client pipeline capacity.

What if I can't source any clients on my own?

You'll rely on Pertama pipeline initially. Current pipeline is 3-5 qualified opportunities per month, 30-40% conversion. Realistically, you might get 1-2 engagements/year from Pertama pipeline in 2026. If you need more, you'll need to source your own.

How does conflict management work?

Pertama maintains conflict database. You disclose existing clients at onboarding. We won't pitch to your existing clients or directly competitive prospects. Trade-off: You can't take Pertama clients to your independent practice.

What's the application timeline?

3-4 weeks from application to Partner invitation. Process: Application review (1 week) → Initial conversation (30 min) → Reference checks (1 week) → Economics discussion (45 min) → Partner invitation or decline with feedback.
