1. Background Summary (3-5 sentences):
Your career arc, most proud professional accomplishment, and why you're exploring fractional/project-based consulting now.
2. Domain Expertise:
What industries/functions do you specialize in? What types of client problems are you best suited to solve?
3. Engagement Mode Preference:
Fractional (10-15 hrs/week), Project-Based (20-30 hrs/week), or Full-Time (40 hrs/week)?
4. Availability:
When could you start? How many hours/week are you realistically available?
5. LinkedIn Profile:
Include your LinkedIn URL so we can review your background.
6. Example Consulting Work (Optional):
If you've done consulting or client-facing work, share a brief example that demonstrates your expertise.
