Academy Lead

Overview

Own Pertama's training business. You'll design curriculum, deliver workshops, and build the systems that scale our education offerings across Southeast Asia. This is equal parts teaching, product management, and business development. You'll work directly with clients to understand their upskilling needs, create custom programs, deliver engaging sessions, and measure learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• •Design curriculum for AI training programs (beginner to advanced)
• •Deliver in-person and virtual workshops to enterprise teams
• •Create training materials: slides, exercises, code examples, assessments
• •Gather feedback and iterate on content and delivery
• •Build relationships with L&D leaders at client companies
• •Develop platform for self-paced learning and certification

Requirements

• •5+ years designing and delivering technical training (AI/ML, data, software)
• •Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• •Experience developing curriculum and training materials from scratch
• •Track record of high participant satisfaction (NPS 50+)

Preferred Qualifications

• •Built training programs at enterprise scale (500+ participants)
• •Experience with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
• •Background in adult learning theory and pedagogy
• •Previous teaching or coaching experience

A Day in the Life

Morning: Full-day gen AI workshop at banking client (60 participants). Evening: Debrief with client L&D team. Night: Update curriculum based on today's questions and feedback.
