Platform Engineer

Overview

Build the internal platform that makes Pertama's delivery teams 10x more productive. You'll create tools for project setup, deployment automation, monitoring dashboards, and knowledge management. Your users are engineers and consultants who need to ship fast. Every tool you build should eliminate repetitive work and reduce time-to-production. Expect to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• •Build internal web applications and CLIs used across the company
• •Design APIs and data models for platform services
• •Integrate third-party tools and build custom connectors
• •Gather requirements from internal teams and prioritize features
• •Monitor tool usage and optimize based on feedback
• •Document platform capabilities and train teams on new tools

Requirements

• •3+ years building web applications or internal tools
• •Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks
• •Experience with REST APIs and database design
• •Track record shipping user-facing features

Required Skills

• •Built developer tools or internal platforms
• •Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• •Worked on B2B SaaS products
