Overview

Work at the intersection of research and application. You'll explore new techniques for enterprise AI problems, prototype solutions, and transition promising ideas into production systems. Unlike pure research roles, you'll be grounded in real problems faced by enterprises: model hallucinations in critical workflows, bias in hiring systems, interpretability for regulated industries. Your job is to push the frontier of what's possible while shipping working systems.

Responsibilities

• •Identify and investigate open problems in enterprise AI applications
• •Design experiments and analyze results
• •Implement prototypes and run empirical evaluations
• •Collaborate with delivery teams to transition research to production
• •Publish findings (papers, blog posts, open-source code)
• •Present research internally and at client workshops

Requirements

• •PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
• •Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or significant open-source contributions
• •Strong engineering skills: can implement ideas in code and ship to production
• •Track record of turning research into practical applications

• •Experience with large language models or generative AI
• •Built ML systems used in production by real users
• •Contributions to major ML frameworks or libraries
• •Industry research experience (not just academic)
